Below is all the information regarding shipping & processing times in addition to the Terms & Conditions that constitute the Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days*. Orders will NOT be processed, shipped nor delivered on non-working days.

In periods during high volumes of orders/shipments, we may suffer a slight delay in processing time. Please allow additional days for the processing and/or shipment of orders to be completed.

If for any reason there is a significant delay in the processing and/or shipment of your order, KRYSYLIS will contact you via the email or telephone number provided to me.

*For the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, in relation to a company, a working day is that which is not a Saturday or Sunday, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, or any day that is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 in the part of the UK where the company is registered.

SHIPPING PRICES & DELIVERY ESTIMATION

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
These shipping times are estimates, delays can occur during shipping.

Any Customs charges, import duties and/or taxes are NOT the responsibility of KRYSYLIS. 

All fees imposed upon the shipment(s) during and/or after the shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

KRYSYLIS offers our deepest sympathies for any difficulties faced in regards to this issue.

KRYSYLIS individually folds, packs and quality checks every order ready for shipping. KRYSYLIS is NOT viable for any damaged or lost shipments.

In the case of you dealing with a damaged or lost shipment, please contact the shipping company ASAP to file the necessary claim.

Ensure you take pictures as evidence to support your claim, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing your claim.
